Hi Susamp,

Some of these items are not native to India, such as Macademia nuts or Soyabean, and so they are known and referred to by their English names. Sometimes the direct translation is not as well recognised as the English name as well - for instance, if "हरी चाय" (harii chaay - 'green tea') is used, it may be confusing to people whether you are referring to green tea leaves or something else, whereas 'green tea' is a familiar term for the style of tea popularised in eastern Asia. Similarly with 'blueberry' and 'red wine'.
