If you want to say the "person on the left" or "person on the right", then you can say this as बाईं ओर वाला व्यक्ति (baayiin or vaaLaa vyakTi) or "person on the left" and as दाईं ओर वाला व्यक्ति (Daayiin or vaaLaa vyakTi) or "person on the right".
